Dentists are great, and hygienists, not reception. They will not do direct billing, even for military who has been a patient there for several years. Find another dentist, as most are accommodating, but this place is not.

If you don't really like going to the dentist, I left my dentist office after 35 yrs and came here, very professional and courteous staff and are very friendly and understanding. I guarantee you will look forward to going to this one it has to be the best in Kingston ! You won't regret it !

I was misdiagnosed with having a cavity, then when I came in they recommended putting a precautionary/preventative filling on my tooth, which ended up not being covered by my insurance. Now, about 2 years later, the filling that was supposed to be preventative just broke off, taking out about a quarter of my tooth with it, so basically I just paid hundreds of dollars for them to destroy my tooth.
