Inspire Centre is a collaboration of like-minded therapists who are passionate about massage therapy being an integral part of health and well-being. We offer a range of complementary modalities with a primary focus of restoring the mind-body connection; empowering our clients in their journey of self-care and optimum well-being.

Inspire Centre for Massage & Wellness is honoured to be of service to all clients and we always offer the highest standard of care. Each of our Registered Massage Therapists have been carefully selected to represent our culture, professionalism and belief in the mind/body connection. Our team approach is based on the philosophy that less is more.

At Inspire, we recognize the increasing number of people struggling with high level stress, work life overload as well as anxiety, depression and trauma, for some this has become a chronic issue. Our integrated mind/body approach to treatments is recognized as vital and non-invasive techniques to support all clients, especially those who may be experiencing feelings of overwhelm.

If you have young children we request that you please make other arrangements for their care. Children may not be left unattended in the reception area. Your appointment is time reserved especially for you. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations eliminate the possibility for someone else to benefit from that time and result in lost revenue for our therapists.

Massage with Kristine Karlsen was one of the most efficient treatments I have ever had. I have an injured shoulder that gives me lots of pain because of the over strained muscles. Before the massage I could not lift my arm to put on a Tshirt. Kristine determined the problematic area and applied special massage technique to the area so I could freely move my arm after massage.
