I simply asked a question to ensure my project was prepared correctly and they went out of their way to help me fill in the blanks that other companies I had spoken to overlooked! Not a good experience working with CanWest Legacy. Left my project with them for two weeks. Tried calling for status updates without getting my calls returned. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I returned to get my materials as my production was being held up. They had not even made the samples. This company did not take my project seriously. Will not be returning here. Terrible customer service.
