I've been dealing with Thorold Veterinary Hospital since 1989 and I think they're the best! I had Janet Lowrey as my vet for years and she went above and beyond for my dogs Buddy and Rascal who had very complicated problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They were very good with my dog and diagnosed her very properly Then only thing I can say is that the prices are just outrageous They want you to look after your pets but they don't think about these poor people who can't afford a lot but there not the only place it's all like this very sad

Was with this clinic many years. Finally gave up trying to reach anyone. No issues with veterinary care but no one answers the phone and no way to leave a message. It's a little telling when the first thing you hear when trying to call is "no swearing or yelling will be tolerated ". Have changed clinics.

Ill try to make this as short as I can. First I want to point out that we recognize vets have been overwhelmed due to COVID, however if its causing issues with the level of care you providethen that needs to be fixed.
Weve been taking our cats here for 6+ year. Things were okay up until their new location, now its almost impossible to speak to a human and after the situation Im about to outline we have no trust in the care they provide.
Mid October our cat was vomiting daily at first things were fine, they did typical diagnostics (bloodwork, workover, etc) which came back inconclusive
