Chantal became a registered massage therapist having graduated with Honours from the ICT Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in 2007, and after completing studies in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in 2005.
She has spent the last 20 years training and competing in various sports, and working as a personal trainer, which has lead her to specialize in deep tissue massage techniques and sports massage, to address a myriad of repetitive strain injuries, ranging from acute to chronic.

Jessica Landon RMT graduated from Kikkawa College in 2013 and is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has a passion for treating clients of all nature. With a great attention to detail and ability to listen to her clients concerns, she provides effective treatments for both acute and chronic pain, for populations of all ages.

David Garces graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario. He has previous experience working in a gym and clinical setting, so whether you're experiencing discomfort from poor posture that resulted from a desk job, or the wear and tear of training for a half marathon, he has the versatility to help to treat your various needs.

Amanda graduated from Kikkawa College in 2021, after having practiced as a Thai Massage Holistic Practitioner since 2018, and is fuelled by an unrelenting drive to see people reach their fullest potential, an interest in mindfulness and neuroplasticity, complemented by a childhood tendency to wiggle, roll and dance that she simply refuses to outgrow (and who can blame her?).

Ceb'sile's passion for health combined with her fascination for the human body and her desire to help people, is what initially lead her to Osteopathy. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at York University in 2011, Ceb'sile began her path in healthcare, by working as a personal trainer.
