What women's health conditions do you treat?
We treat urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain conditions including endometriosis, prenatal/postpartum concerns, and musculoskeletal pain affecting the back, hip, and pelvis.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Private physiotherapy services are not government-funded in Saskatchewan. However, we provide receipts for submission to private insurance plans or tax purposes.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Initial evaluations last up to 60 minutes and include comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and bring any relevant medical documentation.
How do I cancel or reschedule appointments?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to full charges according to our cancellation policy.
Do you offer virtual consultations?

I am blown away by how down-to-earth, informative, and empowering Christine was during my first appointment. She took lots of time to listen to my concerns and talked me through everything in a very accessible manner. Patient comfort and consent was emphasized throughout the appointment. Would highly, highly recommend her for pregnant people preparing for childbirth!
