Coming from a very active family has led to a special interest in sports related injuries and rehabilitation and she loves working with clients to incorporate movement into the massage treatment to get the most out of a treatment.

Committed to continuing education and belief that the body works as a whole Alanna is certified in Indie head massage and planning to pursue further studies in massage therapy for anxiety and depression, myofascial release, migraine and headache relief and deep tissue massage.Born and raised in Barrie with parents from Newfoundland, Cait headed east for her education where she completed her undergrad at Memorial University in New Brunswick.
