It's not a 4 star hotel. A foyer is very dirty, the sofa is stained and old. Never come back there and recommend it.

Reserved on booking.com for a 3 person stay, when we arrived in the morning to drop-off our bags, no-one mentioned anything regarding a 2 person per room covid policy had to wait all day for checking in at 3PM. When we came at 3PM for checking in, we were told about a policy that has been in place since march 2020 and it was a booking.com error (BUT for some reason we could still book for 3 people in any other booking sites seems like a global error)and that a 50m2 was too small for 3 people and that we have to book a second room. Has to be one of the worst checking in experience

Well the stay was okay. Nice room but it's been weeks and about a dozen phone calls to get the 400 dollar deposit off my credit account. I keep getting promises that it will be taken off... all to no avail. It's been a nightmare. Avoid this place unless you want to pat 600 dollars for a mediocre room

Nice, large sized room. The bed was not very comfortable at all and the screen door for the "balcony" was broken and just hanging off. The balcony was about a 5 inch cement pad with a railing, not even enough room to stand outside. The bathroom and shower were nice though we did find a few bobby pins that were not mine before we started to unpack. Several features in the kitchen were missing - it came with a kitchenette but only one set of a knife and fork and 2 plates - no cups or anything to cook with. The service was fine .... the front desk seemed very annoyed if you called with a question

This is not a 4 star hotel in anyway shape or form. I feel the advertising for this hotel is dated thus slightly deceptive! The room looks nothing like the photos and everything is quite weathered. As many others have mentioned in reviews, they dont clean the place throughly at all, dishes were dirty and the drawers had dirt in them. The toiletries are all low grade products Id never put on my body. Toilet pater is super thin. However the staff has been wonderful. Bed is comfortable. Probably wont stay here again.
