I called ahead for an appointment. When I arrived there was no one there to greet me. Maybe they're running behind. I waited 13 minutes (longer than it would have taken to do the wax) and then left. If you're running behind, at least say hello and let me know I'm in the right place.

Love Jessica and Kimmie! I am always appreciative of a provider that is as accommodating and efficient while never feeling rushed or squeezed in. Because of this I have no need anymore to have a "back up spa". Highly recommend.
