Here at Central Avenue Health Centre, we can direct bill most insurance companies. Please bring your insurance information and a Credit Card or Visa Debit to the appointment and our friendly front desk team will do the rest! If your insurance company is not on this list, feel free to ask the Office Manager to investigate whether it will be possible to add it in the future.
