Heron Rock Bistro was founded in 2005 by Andrew Moffatt and Ben Peterson. Their vision then was to create a place for locals to come and enjoy delicious food made with quality ingredients. For the past 16 years we have been doing just that. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, host live musicians on Monday nights and run a happy hour every day from 3pm-5pm & 8pm-Close.
Chris started at Heron Rock as a dishwasher shortly after we opened in 2005. Since then he has worked almost every position at the restaurant, including a short stint in front of house. It was a no brainer when the opportunity came to buy into the restaurant in 2017.

Those delicious little pickles served on the side of many dishes at the bistro, now available to take home so you can add it to whatever you want. That secret sauce that adds the zip to our burgers and now available for you to spread on all your favourite snacks at home. You can ask for a side of this fiery favourite to go along with anything at the bistro, and now you can bring the heat home too!
