We are experienced and confident in our abilities to help you, your family and your friends. Whether you are seeking help for yourself, your relationship or have suffered a trauma, we are for you.

You can expect to be met with a respectful, supportive Counsellor. You will be emailed all of your intake paperwork prior to your session, but if you have not filled that out, you can do so your first session. Many people are extremely nervous the first time that they come in for a session but try not to worry!
