There are a number of factors to be reviewed to determine if your shingles need replacing including quality/age of existing shingles (over 15 years old), leaking, loose/missing/curling shingles, or weather (hail/wind damage). If your shingles are showing any of the above signs of aging/damage it would be best to call us and we can come out and do a free assessment and estimate.
