I've been going to Yonge Sheppard Dental for years now. All the staff here are lovely. You are greeted by Isabel, who is welcoming and such a pleasure to talk to. Ive been treated by pretty much all the staff here (Dr. Kim, Dr. Lee, Sharon, Trina, and Sylvia). They are all fantastic!! All very professional and friendly. It's also located at a very convenient location, which is a plus!

Dr. Kim fixed my crown. He did not cut corners and insisted on doing it properly, which took multiple appointments. I appreciated that he patiently answered all of my questions. The front desk was helpful, responsive, and kind.

Yonge & Sheppard Dental was the first dental office I used after moving to Toronto and the only other one I've visited after an office I've used since childhood and I feel so lucky that I was recommended to them from my partner who also comes to this dental office because I want to keep coming here as long as I can. Isabel at the front desk is amazing, she always has such a positive attitude, friendly, and so helpful. And Dr. Kim is an exceptional dentist, he really takes the time to explain what is going on with your teeth and is truthful about what you need vs other dentists that might be suggesting
