Treatments range from express services to advanced anti-aging protocols with collagen therapy. Options include classic maintenance manicures and premium shellac polish applications lasting up to two weeks. Great environment, clean and accommodates groups of people. I was recently in The Waters for a pedicure with friends. Our polish didn't dry and eventually smugged. When contacting The Waters about our polish, Carley (manager) was very accommodating in rectifying the situation. They were tremendously understanding and professional in re-doing our service. We were beyond impressed and satisfied with our end result! Thank you to The Waters for upholding your word!

By far my favorite spot for a variety of spa treatments, I've visited The Waters for manicures, pedicures, massages and other spa services. Each time I've been created by welcoming staff and the facility is always so tidy and tranquil. It really feels like an escape.

Really great service! I brought my mother-in-law (who has never had a massage before) here for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! The staff took great care of her, made sure we were comfortable, and were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

I just had my first visit to The Waters yesterday and WOW. I was absolutely blown away. I will admit, I was a bit intimidated walking in and I felt a little bit out of place in such a luxurious space but from the moment I walked in I was welcomed. I met Cassie after having a cup of tea in the lounge, and she was so incredibly friendly. She immediately made me feel at ease. The treatment itself was amazing, it far exceeded my expectations - Cassie is so, so good at what she does. She is an absolute gem and I thank her for making the experience what it was. I cannot wait to return!
