Yes, walk-ins are welcome at both locations, but appointments are recommended for priority service.

Visited Hairworks Salon for my first time recently, and met the wonderful hair stylist, Susan (not to be confused with Sue, another stylist who works there).
First, YOUR job, the pre-prep to your appointment: Be prepared for what you want and are hoping to be done with your hair. I recommended going to the salon with pics not only of what you want done, but also what your hair looks like at its best, and also at its natural state - no products and no styling done... Just air dried so your stylist and know what you'd like and what they're working with... It isn't fair to you or your stylist if

I absolutely love HairWorks. This was the second time I received a hair cut/colouring service and I cannot recommend them enough. Particularly, if you have the option, book with Rouba! She is so pleasant and captured exactly what I was looking for. My hair feels and looks great. I will definitely be going back to Rouba.

I've been going to Hairworks for around 6 years now, and love it , I've had my best haircuts here! I'm a regular of Susan, she is fantastic, always does a great job, makes me feel like a million bucks and is a lovely person to chat with. Highly recommend!

I had my post-pandemic haircut for the first time in 2 years, and Rouba did an amazing cut that was exactly what I wanted...low maintenance but with dimension. I also had my hair coloured for the first time in my life ! My hair was jet black, and Rouba gave me some chocolate highlights, enough to make a noticeable difference, but not too much that it was too loud -- and that would grow out easily. I'm very happy with the entire experience -- and finally found a new salon and go-to stylist in my new neighbourhood. Thanks Rouba!
