I had an issue with my Van as it was overheating. Showed it around but no one could fix it. I happened to call Jack and he was professional and courteous and asked me to bring the Van in. They checked the Van and gave me the exact break down of the services required. I was very happy with their Customer services and professionalism. They basically tell you what exactly is needed and do not overcharge. I am very satisfied with their service and they have a customer for life now.

I was traveling on Friday from Ottawa to Toronto on the highway when the oil light came on just before 6pm. I called the Audi dealer and the best they could do for me to schedule an oil change did not work. I called these guys and they said bring it in first thing in the morning when we open. I brought it in at 8AM. The guy at the counter worked at an Audi dealer before and knew the correct type of oil etc.... They had me in and out very quickly and the price was less than I normally pay to have the work done at a dealer. They were fast and courteous. They also let me know my front brake pads were

The best shop I have ever been to! I brought my truck in for a battery replacement and an alignment, and without asking the shop gave the entire truck a look over and found a few more things that i had no idea about and brought them to my attention.Those issues weren't a nessessity to be fixed at this point but perfect to know for future reference. To top it off two days after I got my truck back I received a call from Jack to check in with me and to make sure the truck was running right and there wasn't any issues with anything. I had my car serviced here yesterday and I want to acknowledge the excellent service that the team at '"RIGHT TECH AUTO" , Van Jack and Carmen gave me !! They went way beyond what I would have expected. Once they confirmed what the issues were with the vehicle, I got a call from Jack who explained what needed to be done. I really appreciated his patience as I know nothing about cars and I put my total trust in him.

One of the most professional group of guys for an auto shop. Very trustworthy and helpful. I would do business with Right Tech any day. These guys making me love my BMW a lot more. All ready for the winter with some really sharp looking black rims and Michelin X-ice which Right Tech recommended.

I have a 2009 Volvo C30, and these guys took such good care of it. The plate under the motor had come off and the bolts were missing, and the guys at the shop fixed it up within 20 minutes! This place and the people working there are very professional and reassuring. Ill be driving out to them from Toronto for any future issues I may have with my car! Thank you so much!! :)
