Expect them to cancel on the same day and ruin your plans.
Booked a spa for my wifes birthday and only had 12 oclock on Saturday. Friday we get a call asking if we could go earlier and my wife said let me think about it. Saturday morning about to call to say she could go earlier they said that the therapist left at 9:30 and even the 12 oclock was cancelled. So what I read from this is that since they got a cancellation between 9:30 and 12, the therapist decided to leave and cancel her/his appointments. When called to get a solution no one answered

Viva is my go to esthetician for the past 25 years. Vanessa is a wonderful business owner who knows what has to be done to keep very happy clients. She runs very professional operation where you always feel taken care of and safe. Can I say more? I dont know where else I would go. You can always tell when Viva has done your treatments.
