Services
Deep Tissue Massage
This therapeutic technique targets deep muscle layers and connective tissues to alleviate chronic pain and tension. Using sustained pressure and slow strokes, it breaks down scar tissue and improves mobility for patients with sports injuries or musculoskeletal conditions. The treatment enhances circulation while addressing specific areas of discomfort through evidence-based manual therapy methods.
Cupping Therapy
Utilizing controlled vacuum pressure, this modality decompresses soft tissues to relieve pain and inflammation. The technique improves blood flow, reduces muscle stiffness, and promotes healing for conditions like migraines and sports injuries. By creating tensile force in targeted areas, it effectively addresses both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues through proven therapeutic mechanisms.
Chronic Pain Management
Specialized treatment programs address complex pain syndromes including fibromyalgia and neuropathic conditions. Combining manual therapy with biopsychosocial approaches, the service targets both physical symptoms and contributing factors. Evidence-based interventions focus on improving function and quality of life for patients experiencing persistent pain conditions through comprehensive, individualized care plans.
Prenatal Massage
Specifically designed for expectant mothers, this service addresses pregnancy-related discomforts using specialized positioning and techniques. It alleviates back pain, swelling, and muscle tension while promoting relaxation through safe, research-backed methods. The treatment supports maternal well-being throughout all stages of pregnancy using equipment and approaches tailored to ensure both mother and baby's comfort and safety.
Sports Injury Treatment
Targeted interventions accelerate healing from sports-related musculoskeletal injuries using active release techniques and therapeutic stretching. The service focuses on restoring mobility, reducing inflammation, and preventing future injuries through sport-specific rehabilitation strategies. Tiffany is wonderful. I began seeing her 3 months ago when she began practicing in Nova Scotia and have recently left my current therapy practice to follow her to her new location. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and makes you feel better not only physically, but mentally. I highly recommend Tiffany to friends and family.

Tiffany was my RMT for years, and while I was happy for her as a friend when she decided to move east (yes, we definitely became friends!), I was sad for myself to be losing someone I had come to trust and rely on to care for what I consider an important part of my well-being. When my daughter was born and was slow to roll over, Tiffany was quick to check her out physically and assure me nothing was amiss. She also taught me how to massage my baby for gas relief. I'm still searching for a new RMT to take Tiffany's place, something that I'm not sure can be done! The people she serves in NS will
