After attending the University of Waterloo, I bought a pick up truck and drove west, came across Fernie and fell in love with this small town. I knew that this was where I wanted to practice and I've been here ever since. The focus at Elk Valley Family Chiropractic is transforming health and empowering whole families to new levels of health and wellness in their lives.

Although somewhat new to chiropractic practices, Lauren has truly found joy in seeing clients progress and excel through regular chiropractic care. She sees each day as a learning opportunity and continually looks forward to sharing her knowledge with those around her.

We use techniques that clinically work best for your situation and your comfort level. An adjustment is only part of the healing process.
New Patient Center

We do everything in our power to ensure we run on time for our patients. We explain everything in advance and want you to feel empowered to make the best decisions for your health goals. Please keep in mind that communications via email over the internet are not secure. Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that information you include in an email can be intercepted and read by other parties or unauthorized individuals.
First Visit

We can email your initial paperwork, or you can fill it out in our office upon your arrival. Your first visit to Elk Valley Family Chiropractic is designed and set up to help us uncover your health challenges and concerns. We do a pre-consultation to clarify any issues and expand on any concerns. Once the pre-consultation is complete, Dr. Mike Rumpel will begin the full physical examination.
