Wouldn't ever recommend again to anyone. I got surgery done at their office and was quoted the cost based off of what my insurance company would cover. I paid the remaining that was due after surgery. Got a call 3 months later saying they are sending me to collections for a balance due on my account. They also said they have contacted me multiple times. That was the first phone call I received since the surgery. I double checked my email and I never received an email stating that I owed them any money. Beyond frustrating to be told I'm being sent to collections for a payment I had no idea I was

For the second time Bear creek dental fit us in the same day for dental care! But today was unbelievable! My son took a bad fall and chipped both his front teeth, they got us in within hours of this accident… and got his teeth fixed right away! I am so thankful to be able to rely on a dentist for my family! (pictures are his teeth chipped and second is his teeth fixed! )

Reasonable pricing, helpful friendly staff, and after my procedure I didn't have any residual pain. I saw Dr. Cho, she was fast and did a great job. Also she kind of sings a little bit while she is working, which was both amusing and adorable!
