Their vision of building "Better Homes for the Average Family" resulted in the construction of hundreds of homes in the Fredericton Area.
Skyline Acres and Fulton Heights are just two examples of residential subdivisions that were built by this ambitious company. During this time, the need for rental housing was realized and Fredericton Rentals Ltd. which now owns and manages 600 rental units now under the name of Gorham Real Estate, was formed.

As a tenant, you are legally responsible for any damage you cause to any part of your building and for unintentional harm caused to others who live in or visit the property. If your known faulty toaster oven starts a fire that damages not only your apartment, but the entire complex, you may have to pay for the damage to your unit and the rest of the complex.
Pet Policy

Gorham Real Estate allows up to a maximum of two pets or two ESA animals per apartment unless special arrangements have been made. This includes caged pets. Emotional Support Animals (ESA), whether caged or not, will contribute towards the total number of pets or ESA animals that are permitted in an apartment.
