Cassandra has twice not been there for my appointment..They call at the last moment to let me know..I have been put out twice and been inconvenienced because of their lack of professional courtesy for the client.. Would not go there again ..I do not feel valued as a customer and am sick of their feeble excuses for poor Customer Service..

I had my hair done by Bailey; she was very polite and professional. My hair colour turned out well if a bit different from what I expected, but she did exactly as we discussed. I do like it! The salon was very clean and the people friendly. I would recommend this salon to my family. Thank you.

Megan was my stylist! We had good communication about what I wanted for a new hair colour after a previous stylist lightened my hair much too much! It turned out darker then I wanted but she did everything to reassure me that it will lighten up. She matched my root/natural colour pretty much dead on which was really impressive! A talented stylist. All in all going in with pre lightened hair is going to be a box of chocolates and you never know what you're going to get. I'm going to grow out my hair now and I think this is a great colour to do it with! Thanks Megan.
