With a brief phone call, Glenn Dowling scheduled to meet with me the next morning. We were able to discuss requirements for US property I was selling. Paperwork was completed, signed, copied and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Have your ducks in a row. Stick to the subject matter. Bring your paperwork with you. Ask questions before you get in the office. He is a professional I would highly recommend for his legal services. Experience matters and he cares.

Tara and I had mutual clients (I'm a mortgage broker) that were refinancing their existing home and purchasing a new home. Due to some circumstances, Tara only received the instructions for both files 3 business days before closing.
