EDGEMONT CHILDCARE CENTRE sees to it that the needs of your infant are met and exceeded in our infant care program. We ensure that your child will be safe and sound with one of our loving infant teachers. Our rooms are designed to ensure safety each child. Our program's main focus is to provide safe and loving care for infants, we also believe that we can never be too early in building skills.
Infants

We at Edgemont Childcare Center know you are looking for a safe and secure "home away from home" where your child can learn, play and grow. We have designed a comfortable, nurturing and creative world for your child to help their minds and bodies develop. We offer a variety of daily activities that expose the children to new things and help them develop all five senses.
Toddlers

They are developing quickly and are eager for knowledge and understanding of the world around them. Our program provides structure and guidance for your child to learn to share, get along with others and perform classroom tasks. Language and vocabulary skills are strengthened while listening to stories, singing songs, and playing games.
Pre-school

Through learning centers and age-appropriate playgrounds, our preschoolers have the ability to work at their own pace and learn to do tasks independently. Math, Language, Literacy & Science activities tied to Core Knowledge standards - to progressively builds important foundational skills. Music and movement - to expand your child's vocabulary and listening skills (songs, poems and rhymes).
Kindergarden

Our enriched and creative Kindergarten program provides the necessary foundation your child will need to succeed in school. Daily activities focus on reinforcing kindergarten skills through all areas of the curriculum. We value play as an integral part in children's learning and offer an environment that fosters curiosity and creativity through play.
