I arrived at at Level 10 after having a terrible experience and haircut from a stylist at a different salon previously that afternoon. Jason at Level 10 took the time to understand what I was looking for, get a good understanding of how my hair works from my own experience/perspective, and asked to see my smile (quickly to get a sense of the shape of my face). I had a wonderful experience from someone who genuinely cares about what he does. He was kind, genuine, and knows hair! Not only is he a great stylist, he is a wonderful human being. Fantastic salon for all my needs - and I'm needy! ;) I've been coming here for 14yrs now and the service from everyone is always first class, friendly, welcoming and really good fun. I love how Leanne has taken the initiative to be environmentally aware - other salon's need to follow her lead. I wouldn't go anywhere else - Level10 Eurospa really is the best.

I have consistently received the highest level of professionalism at this salon and Spa. I have used all the services at this business over the past 15 years and every department is managed extremely well. High quality products, highly trained team of estheticians and stylists and certified green salon as well! Always a beautiful experience.
