Dr. Pat Rice completed his Bachelor of Animal Science degree at University of Idaho in 1969, his Master of Science in Ruminant Nutrition from Oregon State in 1971 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in May of 1975. Pat opened Steeples Veterinary Clinic in 1977 and sold the practice to Dr. Ruth Sawatsky in 2008.
