Physiotherapists conduct a thorough assessment of the client's gait, existing injuries or conditions and develop an individualized treatment plan for recovery. Rehabilitation may involve manual therapy, electrotherapy, strength training, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, ultrasound and work hardening exercises.

Ased is the Co-founder of North Simcoe Physiotherapy alongside his wife, Melissa. Ased works primarily as a consultant with the clinic while also working as a physiotherapist with Lakeridge Health Corporation.
