Room was very spacious and clean! Staff was very welcoming and kind as well with accommodations for our needs. We did note that although the website indicated a separate bathtub and shower, the room did only have a shower. We'll definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Romeo the manager on shift is one of the most awesome manager I've ever met he made my experience and stay 10 out of 10. great customer service skills and so by far the best manager I've ever met and had to deal with at a hotel the employees that were working new years eve were magnificent again 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Toronto for the week or weekend they made my new years trip the best I've ever had
This is now my favorite hotel in Toronto thansk again all of you for your wonderful service and help.

Highly recommend! Absolutely wonderful. Great location, the suite was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The robes were a welcomed surprise. There we a couple of closets for coats and clothes, making the space feel very organized. Will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be that the microwave could use an update.

Really great room - actually a suite. Hotel itself was nice, clean. Outside of the room its basic in its amenities. Lobby is small and basic. Couple of couches. Was a small restaurant downstairs but was booked for a wedding reception so we didn't get to check it out. But loved the room.
