Heres a summary of the issues we experienced:
- unresponsive
- project was 2 months late and they could not properly manage our expectations on when project would start or finish
- asked several times what their hours were and when we could expect them; they ignored
- their workers would arrive and have no idea what needed to be done. They would ask us which is seriously concerning
- they never ordered enough materials and experienced delays as we waited for more
- they delivered the wrong stones and if it wasnt more me catching it, they would have installed it

Vlad refused to pay my final pay when I quit due to him being a toxic person, highly dishonest, and all he cares about is taking money from customers in exchange for extremely sub par work. Vlad commented on Google that my pay was ready, when in fact that is a public lie. the guy is a sociopath.

Called him a few times he said he will come by but its has now been 2 months. I have called him, doesn't answer or even call back. So I had to order material so myself and my brothers had to level off the backyard so our kids don't get hurt and now i got to spend more money and time to rebuild the garbage steps. Just
