Poor customer service the rooms are horrible be-carful this hotel is full of bed bugs our room was smelling like pot nd the sheets werent clean if you want me to save you do not go here

The staff are disrespectful and demeaning to me as a person and I didnt check in because the staff insinuated that I would steal something just because of what I was wearing and the colour of my skin

I'll admit I was sceptical when arriving at this hotel because I had read reviews. Other than the odd way getting from our car to the lobby, and had been looking forward to having a dinner at the "jewel of the north" restaurant which isn't opened, there are more positives than negatives. Staff at front desk and check in was great. Rooms were clean and the heater works. As well, zero problems with the water which worried me the most because it seemed most said the taps didn't work. Lots of hot water coming out of the right tap. Person at breakfast was very nice and the hot breakfast was above
