Having dealt with several companies that (for multiple reasons) have poor customer service it is nice to know that Harbord has been giving me consistent and excellent customer service for over 10 years. A few years ago I moved to the West shore, tried a local insurance provider and was met with unqualified personnel who did not know how to line up the start and stop dates to my insurance.
From that day forward I moved everything to Harbord. Yesterday I did a phone transaction for my car insurance with Misty and she was quick, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work. I don't normally send customer service feedback, but I must bring attention to the positive experience I had on Friday.

If you know the name of your Insurer, you may file your claim directly by calling the corresponding number below and talking directly with a Claims Adjuster, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
