My first contact with SI Alarms was in June when I booked them to perform an annual fire alarm inspection at a rental property. They booked me an appointment for July 2nd and I provided them with instructions to enter and access the property as they requested, since I wouldnt be present. After returning to the property on July 2nd, it seemed like no one had stopped by. I called SI Alarms to confirm wether or not the inspection took place and I was told they would check with the staff and call back. I didnt hear back the following day so I called again. I was told a second time that they

I sent a quote request leaving all my contact info and received an automated response that someone would contact me within 48 hours. 3 days later I hadn't heard back so I called and asked to speak to someone in sales. I was transferred to someone's voicemail, left a message indicating I had been trying to talk to someone and to please call me back regarding both home monitoring and surveillance. It has been over a week now and no response. I expected better customer service, but find myself deeply disappointed.. this is all coming during a time when there have been a spike of break-ins in my area
