David graduated from university in 1975 and had 8 years of Management Accounting experience with one of the largest company in Hong Kong. Immigrated to Canada in 1984 with his family and started the financial career mainly in managing and agency building with Insurance companies. In 2000, David started his own brokerage company, Torce Financial Group mainly marketing and distributing products in the Insurance and Wealth Management industry.
