Recently had a ring resized here and am incredibly happy with it! The ring is an heirloom that my mother brought back for me from her home country, and I was paranoid of giving it to a random jeweler. However, I was recommended this place by a friend and was not disappointed! They have affordable prices, amazing customer service and were very reassuring since they knew the piece was so special to me.
Within a few days they cleaned my ring, resized it and gave it back to me in pristine condition. Actually, better. I have never seen it this shiny and am confident now that it won't fall off my finger!. Absolutely amazing service and quality of work. My engagement ring got "fixed" 6 months before by another company before I brought it to Pacific Jewellery.
