Lagree is not Pilates. Yes - The Lagree Fitness Method did evolve out of Pilates. But it is more than Pilates. The Lagree Method is an intense, total body, no-impact, 45-minute workout performed on an incredibly unique piece of equipment called the Megaformer. We're back and we're so excited to see your beautiful faces and to have you move your bodies again on the amazing Megaformer.

All of our classes are 45 minutes. Class sizes are small; a maximum of 8 participants at our Signal Hill location, 13 participants at our Britannia studio. This is amazing because our instructors will give you hands on attention, making sure you're doing the moves properly and providing corrections where needed.

Lagree Method

The Lagree Method is the best core-strengthening, calorie-burning workout designed for full body conditioning available in Calgary. The Lagree Method is performed on the amazing patented Megaformer that consists of a moving platform and is manipulated through a system of springs, straps, and cables in combination with your own body weight to provide resistance.

Enter into one of our beautiful, bright and sparkly clean spaces where you'll be warmly greeted by one of our customer service representatives and/or knowledgeable and experienced instructors. They will help get you settled in and the instructor will give you a thorough rundown of the Megaformer before the class starts.
