Was scheduled to show up at 9-12 am.. didn't show up didn't call or return my 3 calls, finally called at 8 pm to say he was sorry he forgot. Would not recommend.

Great company for installing heating and cooling but terrible customer service when it comes to after service and issues. Issues with water leaking out of furnace from AC since may. Not resolved yet. Say they will show up at a certain time certain day and only once did he show up out of 10 appts. Guess they already have their money.
