High Point installed my central air unit. The estimator came in a few days and the unit was installed in a few weeks. They were courteous, never late, picked up their garbage, and communication was excellent.

I contacted High Point in October for furnace service. Then I followed up a couple of weeks later since I hadn't heard from them. They let me know it was a busy time of year and I was on their list. Well, now it's January and I still hadn't heard from them so I contacted them once again. They agreed to come the following day between 8 and 10… am. I stayed home from work until 10 am. Still no call from High Point. When I phoned them, I was told that they were running late and it could be another hour before the technician would be here. I told them not to bother coming. So if you have a lot

Their prices are way too high. Paid less than 1/3 their quote to another company and are very pleased with the results.

Kevin from Highpoint installed our new central air system. We found good responsiveness setting up the install date, and Kevin was super pleasant throughout the install process. We are happy to recommend Highpoint and Kevin especially.
