Just attended an appointment for a cleaning. Waited 9 minutes for someone to even come to the receptionist desk. Had my 22 minute cleaning where 2 cavities were found. I was asked if I had any concerns about my teeth. I mentioned a front tooth with a sharp edge that was irritating my gums. “Well we don’t have a dentist here today so I’m not sure if… there’s anything that I can do today. The hygienist said “Unfortunately we no longer have a dentist here. We can forward a note to a dentist if you want to have it fixed, or you can wait until we get a dentist here

Dr. Lord is great and all the hygenists I dealt with were wonderful. I would recommend Northern Pines to anyone. They really care about your comfort and do their best to help with financial arrangements. The other dentists there are also great and do their best to make you comfortable with the process

This is Leanna, Richards spouse. When i started going to northern pines i was an utter coward who had melt downs in the chaiir It has been seversal years now. The staff and dentists have made me feel very welcome n catered to "this" coward. I am confident with their competence n am very comfortable with them! Recommend them by to anyone without hesitation!

Had my 5 year old there the other day for a filling. They talked him thru it, showed him everything they were going to use. Amazing place and incredibly caring staff.
