From the moment sweet Nancy answered the phone I knew I was in good hands! Alec was sent to fix some issues we had been dealing with and right away understood and recognized what was wrong. He was professional, attentive and went out of his way to make sure our house was back running smoothly. My five year old son made sure to ask him a million questions while he was working and he answered them all with a smile on his face haha Incredible work and customer service. Thanks BR!

Would not recommend, after doing some work that should have been guaranteed to some extent from a previous repair, they had no consideration for their labour charge. They charged me full price. Not very understanding.

In the last few months I have used Br's for plumbing and fireplace issues. They are exceptional that they came at a moments notice and got the job done to perfection. Something else that comes to mind is that the employees enjoy working for Br's. They have helped me out when I was in a pickle a few times. Thank you BR's plumbing and fireplace and keep up the awesome service.

I needed plumbing done for a basement bathroom. I received a call back the same day as well as a free quote in home the same day I called the office. The guys were extremely helpful, gave me advice and did a superb job. They were very accommodating of my tight timeline and worked with me as the project progressed to completion. I cant say enough good things about them!! Want it done right and on time call them and you will be happy you didnt hire anyone else. Would give them 6 stars if I could
