Signed up as a new patient on a whim. Dr. Hing was excellent and very knowledgeable. State of the art optical equipment. I would definitely return. No aggressive upselling of glasses, contrary to other posts.

This is the top eye clinic in the heart of downtown Toronto... Doctors are very professional and helpful. The front desk staff are very accommodating! Staff assist you all the way through your appointment. 5 stars!

I love this gang. Super pro. Takes care of every part of your eye health and they're super friendly. Alex, one of their inhouse techs is masterful and does AMAZING work. I recently got some replacement lenses and Alex was able to bring my frames back to perfect condition again even though I borked them hard :)

The staff seemed great but the prescription they sold me was causing headaches. After too weeks of "getting used to them" with my eyes straining I've switched back to my old glasses. A frustrating waste of money.

The staff here are so helpful and kind! I came in to replace a screw that had fallen out of my frames, and left less than 15 minutes later with new pads, straightened and cleaned frames, and a secure new screw. Will definitely be making this my regular optometrist.

The service was great! I didnt wait too long for my first eye exam. The glasses I ordered also came in exactly as the dates they said and the staff are friendly and helpful too. They helped me out fixing my glasses with no fee when I came to have the measurement fixed.

I have been coming here for years, and would highly recommend optometrist Dr Hing to everyone. The exams are thorough, professional, and friendly. She takes the time to discuss and explain everything to you in person, and has gone above and beyond for me to ensure there arent any problems. The front desk staff are courteous and friendly, the office is clean with up to date equipment and my appointment has always started promptly on time.
