The people that work here all have one thing in common: They love caring for animals. Our number one focus is making sure that your pet gets prompt, quality and compassionate medical service, because we care about the well-being of your pets as if they were our own. Many of us have rescued at least one animal while working here.
We take our work to heart. Jessica started at the Colonial Veterinary Hospital as a high school co-op student in February. Dr. Grimshaw graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies at the University of.

Services
Report
We offer a wide range of services including medical, diagnostic, surgical, and preventive health care needs for your pet so they live a longer, healthier, happier life. One of the best things you can do for your pet is to keep him or her healthy. And one of the easiest and least expensive ways to do that is by bringing in your pet for regular exams and vaccinations.
New Clients
Report
We are temporarily unable to accept new clients at this time. Due to an overwhelming number of new pets that found homes throughout the pandemic, many veterinary hospitals are struggling to keep up with the number of appointments needed to keep everyone healthy, happy and safe. In order to maintain the quality of care and level of service you and your pet deserve, we have had to pause on accepting new pets.

Our Hospital
Report
On the outskirts of Orleans, the Colonial Veterinary Hospital first opened its doors in 1968, treating both large and small animals. In 1996, the practice was bought by small animal doctors Dr. Denene Clifford and Dr. Paul Brown who lead the team offering high quality and compassionate care. We will treat your pet as if it was our own!
