The receptionist was really pleasant. Very lovely.
However, I was booked in for a full cleaning and the dentist simply scaled my teeth, without an assistant. I felt like I was drowning the whole time as he was doing all tasks himself. Then he sat my chair up and told me to come back another time for the rest of my cleaning. When I asked if he was going to polish my teeth or do more, he laid me back down and quickly polished them but left a lot of grit in my teeth and on my face and clothes. I came home and had to brush, and floss my own teeth after my cleaning. I will not be going back to "complete

I would definitely recommend London city dental to anyone l know. Dr Gangar was the best. Had all my teeth extracted in 3 sittings. I knew I could handle it as I have had a lifetime of dental work. He was very gentle and let me know everything he was doing and what would be next to happen in the process. When I was healed about 3 months later I… seen Dr Kanwal to get my new SMILE. I had been waiting my whole life for and was not disappointed. I LOVE my new SMILE only draw back is I can’t show off my smile because I have to wear a mask everywhere. Soon enough I will be able to let everyone

I was assaulted at this location! The service was actually so horrendous. I show up, and the lady refuses to let me in because I chose to use my own personal hand sanitizer instead of theirs, due to severe eczema. She insisted I had to, despite being here on previous occasions and being told it was not mandatory. She attempted to shut the door on me, slamming my foot, she continued despite me telling her my foot is there and she is hurting me. She then called the police because I demanded a refund.

I finally found my dentist after all these years! Went in for a broken tooth. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Staff are awesome! I highly recommend London City Dental! A++++

This dental clinic is by far the best in London. The doctors are so caring and attentive to detail and go above and beyond. My parents are long standing clients and I would never think of going anywhere else. They are so responsive to emergencies and have an online chat function on their website. I was very impressed by Hygienist Harneet. She showed me a level of care I'd never seen before, in my life! She did a combination of Cavitron scaling + hand scaling + hand flossing + fluoride to clean my teeth. I highly recommend London City Dental for dental cleaning. Receptionist Natascha is friendly and kind, too. Please let Harneet know I appreciate her work very much. Thank you again.
