Lovely front-end staff, nice large room, we got the supreme king room, so the bathroom had a jetted tub it was great. Everything was very clean. Even being right off Whyte Ave the room wasn't noisy (to be fair though we were on the 8th floor and it's middle of January) the views were awesome! The Continental breakfast was wonderful and included in our room fee. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Lovely room with very comfortable king bed. Welcome on entering the hotel was warm and friendly. Great breakfast with coffee ready at 6:30 am. Most importantly is the service of April Kanash, Front Office Manager. After my stay and on my way to the airport at 6:00 am a few days ago, I realized I had left behind a very important item. With no time to return to the hotel, I called the hotel when I arrived at the airport. April Kanash, Front Office Manager, calmly reassured me the item would be returned to me. She went above and beyond by researching various delivery options and discussing with me

We have reserved the Metterra Hotel Boardroom for company meetings many times and have never been disappointed. Nicky and the staff look after all of our needs for meals, hotel room requirements, etc. With some attending remotely, the hotel added the "Owl" technology in order for us to have a real time video experience that was superior to other technologies. Very much appreciate the attention to these details!

We really enjoyed our recent stay. We brought our dog and received a very warm reception. The room was great, bed was comfortable, and a decent breakfast was included. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. When booking our stay, we were a bit worried how noisy it would be on Whyte Ave on a Saturday night. It was only a minor disturbance at 2am when the bars closed, but we ran a white noise app and quickly fell back asleep. (And of course, if a traveler chooses a hotel on Whyte Ave, they need to expect this.)

I'd give a 1.5* it is nothing special, the location is "great" for walking to local eats. The room was standard, it was clean, it was really loud all night as the a/c units from neighbour building was right outside our room (hotel solution was to give you ear plugs) also the room hvac was making weird noises at night ans woke me up a few times, the bed was too worn out/soft, Parking is negative 1 (-1*) the parking is expensive and it is at least 1. 5 blocks away, the oversize (truck) parking is a weird garage located about 1.5 blocks away. Only reason I'd come back is the location

Under the recommendation of a friend, I stayed at this hotel. I was checked into the wrong room type twice, and then when I was upgraded, I was moved into a dirty, dusty room. The phone didnt work in my room, some hardcore punk rock band started given er at 1230am, shaking the pictures off the wall of my Whyte Ave facing room, staff have no clue whats happening here, the young man working the front desk was so tired last night he answered the phone two different times with the wrong hotel name. I was told that I wouldnt receive any partial refund because I booked through Expedia. The
