Our 54 modern guest rooms and suites offer comfortable Serta bedding, premium Aveda toiletries, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Each room features modern amenities including flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and coffee makers. The accommodations range from cozy single queen rooms to spacious family suites with separate living areas.
Meeting Spaces
Three dedicated meeting spaces accommodate groups from 8 to 60 guests with flexible configurations. Our largest room at 1,200 sq ft includes audio/visual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, and event planning support. Ideal for corporate meetings, weddings, and special events on the Sunshine Coast.
Extended Stay Suites
Spacious kitchenette suites provide home-like comfort for extended stays with radiant cooktops, mini-fridges, and coffee makers. These suites include all standard amenities plus additional living space, making them perfect for guests staying weeks or months at a time.
Indoor Pool
Our year-round heated indoor pool maintains comfortable temperatures for swimming any season. Open daily from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM, the pool area includes lounge chairs and connects directly to our dry sauna facility for complete relaxation options.
Dry Sauna
Complimentary dry sauna available daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Located adjacent to the indoor pool, this facility offers guests a private space for relaxation and rejuvenation after exploring the Sunshine Coast or attending meetings at our hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available when possible, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
We are a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are welcome in designated rooms with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 per day, up to a maximum of $150 per stay.
Do you offer airport transportation?
We don't provide airport shuttle service directly, but our location near the Langdale Ferry Terminal makes transportation convenient. Taxis and rental cars are readily available.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests with spaces available for larger vehicles including RVs and boats.

Are kitchenette rooms available for all room types?

Wonderful hotel and beautiful courtyard ( great in summer but also in winter). My grandson enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond. We were very appreciative that we could use the laundry facilities and make room changes to be closer together (family trip with two rooms). Overall very helpful, professional, and kind front desk. Rooms were clean and bathrooms spotless and updated. Clean and safe spaces with beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby... very cozy on the frosty and windy weekend five stars!!

This was our 3rd time staying at the Garden Hotel. This time we brought more family members and booked 3 rooms and they were as impressed as we are. Once again we enjoyed a wonderful stay. This is not a fancy hotel but the staff are friendly, the rooms spatious and comfortable. We made great use of the gym, pool and sauna. I'm sure you could nitpick the details if you were so inclined - this is not the Hilton - but if you want a safe, clean, cozy and friendly place for a family vacation that offers great value for your money, Garden Hotel tops our list! We look forward to our next visit.

Have stayed here several times, was always great. This past Friday however had drunks in the upper hallway arguing loudly for 30 mins at 3:00 a.m. He couldnt find his room so was trying all the doors. For some reason his key card worked on our door and it opened, but only as far as the security latch we always use to keep the door closed. He was clearly enraged and my poking my head out the door to speak with him would have obviously made things worse. I was awake and watchful the rest of the night. I was told the next morning by the desk lady that its company workers that stay there. I may

Great, friendly staff, nice sized room, comfy bed and pillows. They went above and beyond when I left my jacket there in terms of locating it and mailing it in a very timely manner to me (I live on the Mainland). I recommend this hotel 100% !

First trip since the pandemic started - in town for a wedding. Arrived to a dirty room. Advised front staff and they offered to clean it again. Upon return, specific issues I pointed out seemed to be addressed but no evidence the room was fully cleaned again. Staff did not check in with us at any point during the stay - odd considering issues with the room. Overall property looks a lot better online, even for a 3 star. Not offered any extras or discount given the issue. With Covid concerns, I would have imagined cleanliness would be a top priority (so the sign says at their front desk). Overall

Nice hotel. Great gym and pool. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately experienced some significant room and facility challenges that were addressed but the stay was already negatively impacted.
