The project management and field staff are consistently professional and organized which really helps when you're managing large projects involving multiple trades. The one thing preventing me from giving this company 1 star is the stellar service of their electricians. They were understanding, quick and efficient. However, I am less than impressed with their billing department. After receiving services my husband and I did not receive any form of bill for 1 month. We then received a phone call asking where payment was. When I explained we never even received a bill they didnt exactly sound surprised and admitted that they had been having issues with their email services. If you rely on your email to send out bills, and you know that it hasnt exactly
