Waited for 45 mins for the doctor but still no one attended. I was in discomfort, took time from work, made an appointment but had a horrible experience.
Wasnt expecting this based on the good reviews. Staff was really polite and apologetic but this is totally unacceptable.

I have had the same dentist for 22 yrs but after a few changes at there office decided to change to Queensway dental after a friend recommended them. What a difference from the last one, top service from all the staff and Dr Faria, caring, gentle and very professional and very safe, first time I am ever looking forward to going back to a dentist. Amazing job, thank you guys!!!!

I always find my time at Queensway Dental to be relaxing. From the first hello with the receptionist, the hygienists and dentist through to booking my next appointment, I always feel like a friend who's come to visit. No matter which hygienist or dentist I meet, they are all well trained, customer service based people. I went to Queensway Dental to fix a crown and was totally satisfied with the care and treatment.Dr Krissy is awesome .She is very professional knowledgeable and kind . The staff are polite and helpful. I was in and out of the clinic in minutes. The clinic takes great care in following the safety of the patients during this COVID time.
