The techs that come out for service are pretty helpful. The office staff is the absolute worst. They completely act like they are doing you a favor by charging you to come out and as if they are the one and only irrigation company. Only starting using them after purchased new house that had a system installed already by them. Didn't know any other company. Unfortunately I tried another we'll known, large irrigation company and although the customer service was tremendously better than metro, they overcharge, so I'm still on the hunt for a new irrigation company. I've used Metro for several years for my irrigation system maintenance. They came out this year, and I asked for an estimate for a repair that needs to be made. They never got back to me, so I called them again. They still never got back to me after a week, so I called them again. No response. I'm starting to wonder if they are going out of business.
