Worst service ever, will not be going again. Has absolutely no skills. Went in for the appointment and the first question they asked was if we would like to add extra money for blow dry. We were confused and asked for clarification, and apparently they are willing to let you walk out with wet hair unless you pay the unreasonable $45 for dry blowing. When they wash your hair it feels like a rinse and basically just touching your hair. The massage was just softly touching your hair as well. The hydrating treatment left my hair even drier, and the way they blow dry the hair by pulling hard

I sat in the chair for close to 15 minutes before my stylist showed up to work which seemed ok by the business owner/manager who then proceeded to charge me twice what was discussed with the woman who booked my appointment. I was very detailed about what I was looking for, how long my hair was, etc. I can understand some overall adjustments but who knew toner, among many other things is an extra cost? Sadly the unprofessional start and mind blowing add-ons made for an unpleasant experience. Will not be back.
