All shipping within North America is complimentary with purchases over $499. If the purchase is less than this amount than a flat fee of $9.99 is charged for shipments within Canada, and $14.99 for shipments to the USA. FedEx is our preferred handler. Some packages may arrive by alternate carrier based upon size, price, or destination.
Warranty Policy

Stones is committed to the high quality and integrity of our work. All of our pieces come with an included two year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes the stones and setting of the piece. After the two years has passed, we will still fix any damaged jewellery at the cost of repair to us.
